All jobs are made up of two parts: labour and parts (where a replacement is needed). We give you the full cost before starting — you decide whether to go ahead. Nothing is fitted or charged for without your agreement first.
Charged per hour — minimum one hour applies to all jobs
Job times are estimates for straightforward installations on standard doors. If complications arise we will let you know before continuing and confirm any change to the cost.
Parts cost — added to labour only where a replacement part is required
Prices above are for standard stock items. Specialist or non-standard parts may differ. We will always confirm the part cost before fitting anything.
The call-out price covers the first hour on site. Non-destructive entry used wherever possible.
“From” prices apply to straightforward, non-destructive entry. If drilling or a specialist technique is required, this will be discussed and agreed with you before it is used. Any replacement lock or hardware is charged separately at the part prices listed above.
